Online Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:
- Establish and implement online and offline marketing strategy, plans and programs consistent with short term and long term business objective and goals.
- Formulate the contents of marketing mix and putting forth an efficient and successful marketing plan.
- Initiate and implement online marketing programs within allocated budget and time.
- Create and manage content for organization’s web presence.
- Create and propose new channels and partnerships for online market penetration in both local and overseas.
- Have good relationship with external companies, including developing relationships with the media (journalist, news editor, etc).
- Lead a team of marketing and content.
- Daily reporting to supervisor.
Requirements:
- Male or Female
- Have a minimum S1 degree in marketing, PR, Communications, Business Administration or related field from a reputable university with GPA 3.00.
- Excellent command of both verbal and written English Language and Bahasa Indonesia
- Min. 5 years’ experience in a similar position (experience in internet company is a plus)
- Have a strong leadership & human relationship skills, honest, highly motivated and integrity, teamwork and independently
- Has a good knowledge in skill market analyses & good negotiation skills.
- Good interpersonal communication and presentation skills
