Operation Manager
Jakarta Raya - JABODETABEK
Responsibilities:
- Develop short, medium and long-term transport schedule planning with partner organizations to facilitate 100% compliance with service criteria.
- Monitor, measure and take remedial action on any operational process deviating from plan. Report compliance to delivery schedules daily, weekly and to date.
- Analyzing agreed KPI information to ensure optimal efficiency & performance.
- Managed the development of the operations through continues improvement and through the implementation of new procedures or processes to add value for both our client’s customers and for our client.
- Reviewing & analyzing KPI with client on monthly basis, recommending and initiating improvement plans where appropriate.
- Reviewing & analyzing KPI with Transport subcontractor on monthly basis, recommending and initiating improvement plans where appropriate
- Monitoring and improving productivity
- To work closely with all support department within the company organization
Requirements:
- Min Bachelor Degree in any field
- Having min 5 years experiences in Logistics and Warehousing, and at least 3 years as Warehouse supervisor, and 1 year as Operation Manager is preferable
- Good in English written
- Knowledge in Inventory System, Warehouse Management System and Distribution System
- Familiar with MS Office (excel, words, power point) and WMS
- Honest, good communication and interpersonal skill and able to motivate subordinates.
- Willing to do business trip / traveling to all DCs in Indonesia
