We are currently seeking a Manager in our Talent Management Department for the Head Office in Jakarta to report directly to the Division Head. Requirements:
- A Bachelors/ Master's degree from a reputable university, with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Preferably have 8 years experience in the field of recruitment and learning development.
- Specialized knowledge in establishing and implementing recruitment and training processes.
- Leadership competencies, specialist skills, and knowledge in managing talent are a must.
