Responsibilities:
- Implements strategic and technical training; formulates curriculum and
developmental programs.
Requirements:
- 28 - 35 years old
- Bachelor degree in Psychology/Human Resources/Management;
master degree would be an advantage - Minimum 5 years experience in implementation of training and
development program and 2 years in managerial position. - Very good presentation or facilitation skill
- Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Good communication skills in English
